1. Order Processing

1.1 Most orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

1.2 Orders placed outside regular business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

1.3 Some products sold by Vida Smart are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners. These products may require additional processing time before shipment.

1.4 Processing times for partner-fulfilled products may vary depending on the fulfillment partner, product availability, inventory location, order volume, and destination. In some cases, processing may take longer than the standard 1–3 business days.

1.5 Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment partners may be processed and shipped separately. As a result, customers may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for the same order.

1.6 Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time. Estimated delivery times begin once the applicable product has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping method, destination, product availability, and fulfillment partner.

2.2 Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. Partner-fulfilled items may have different processing and delivery timelines.

2.3 Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

2.4 Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

2.5 Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, fulfillment-partner processing times, or other circumstances outside Vida Smart's reasonable control.

3. Shipping Issues

3.1 If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, refusal of the package, or customer relocation, additional shipping charges may apply.

3.2 If you have not received your order or tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact Vida Smart Customer Support for assistance.

3.3 Damaged packages, missing items, or delivery discrepancies should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

4. Partial and Partner Shipments

4.1 Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different warehouses or by different fulfillment partners.

4.2 Customers may therefore receive their order in multiple shipments on different dates.

4.3 When Vida Smart or one of its fulfillment partners determines that separate shipments are necessary, customers will generally not be charged additional shipping fees unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.

4.4 Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items were canceled. Additional packages may still be processing or in transit.

5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order enters the fulfillment process.

5.2 Because some products are transmitted to fulfillment partners shortly after an order is placed, Vida Smart cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once processing has begun.

5.3 Once an item has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return and refund policy.

5.4 Shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from a refund when applicable.

6. Refunds

6.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6.2 Once Vida Smart processes a refund, the time required for funds to appear in the customer's account will depend on the bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

6.3 Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from an error by Vida Smart or the applicable fulfillment partner.
